The Sugar Sands Villa sleeps 8 people, comfortably. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom ground floor unit includes a master suite with a king bed, ensuite bath, dual-head shower, double sinks, and a stand-alone soaking tub. The second master suite also has a king bed and dual shower heads, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-sized bed (upon request). A sleeper sofa is located in the living room, which pulls out to a Queen sized bed with an upgraded Air Dream mattress. Additional sleeping options provided at no cost for your little ones include a pack n play, and portable futon. The third full bathroom also includes dual shower heads, making this villa an ideal setup for any family or couples traveling together. 

 

Our unit is equipped with a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, which includes high-end appliances and furnishings throughout. Folding glass doors extend the living room of our 1600 sq ft. luxury villa to the lanai, where you can enjoy beautiful tropical views of the Poipu Greenbelt. Enjoy the comfort of central air conditioning after a day of exploring all that Kauai has to offer.

Property amenities include a heated resort-style pool and hot tub, barbecues, fitness center, clubhouse and tennis courts. Beach supplies, towels and a cooler are also provided for your enjoyment and there is ample parking located just steps outside our unit.

The Sugar Sands Villa is located in Poipu, the southern-most tip of the The Garden Isle of Kauai. We are within walking distance (5 mins) to some of the best beaches the island has to offer, including Poipu Beach, which has great snorkeling and frequent seal and sea turtle sightings. Enjoy lunch at the popular Brennecke's Beach Broiler restaurant, or visit The Grand Hyatt where you can experience fine dining, attend a luau, indulge in their world-famous spa, or just sit on the beach and watch the cliff jumpers and surfers ride until the sun goes down.
